Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIBridge API gateway service
(the "Service"), operated by AIBridge ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you ("User")
agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description: AIBridge is an API proxy/gateway that forwards your requests
to third-party AI model providers (such as DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi). We do not generate AI
responses ourselves — all AI content is produced by upstream providers.
2. Eligible Users
The Service is intended for:
- Overseas individual developers
- Students and researchers
- Small teams and hobbyist projects
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Submit content that is hateful, violent, pornographic, or promotes illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt our servers or upstream services
- Resell, redistribute, or provide access to third parties without our written permission
- Automatically scrape or harvest data from the Service
⚠️ Data Warning: API request logs (including prompt content) are stored on our
servers. Do not send passwords, personal identification numbers, confidential
business information, or any sensitive data through the API.
4. Third-Party Services & Disclaimer
The Service relies on third-party AI model providers to generate responses. We do not control and are not responsible for:
- The availability, speed, or reliability of upstream APIs
- The accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
- Any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content
- Data handling practices of upstream providers — please refer to their respective privacy policies
⚡ Important: We make no warranties about the Service. Use at your own risk.
Upstream provider outages may cause the Service to be unavailable without notice.
5. Service Availability
The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We strive to maintain availability, but:
- Upstream model provider rate limits or outages may interrupt service
- Network issues between your location and our Hong Kong server may cause latency
- Scheduled maintenance may occur with or without advance notice
- Policy or regulatory changes may affect model availability without notice
No SLA or uptime guarantee is provided. We do not offer compensation for service interruptions.
6. Payment & Billing
- Payments are processed via Stripe and Creem. We do not store your payment card details.
- Token packs are one-time purchases, valid until exhausted. No refunds for unused tokens.
- Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime via the dashboard; no pro-rated refunds.
- Prices may change with reasonable advance notice via email.
7. Data & Privacy
- We store API request logs (including prompt content) on our Hong Kong server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Your requests are forwarded to upstream AI model providers. Their handling of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
- We do not guarantee that upstream providers will not store or use your prompts. Review each provider's privacy policy before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for the output, accuracy, or safety of AI-generated content from upstream providers.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your API key will be invalidated. We do not guarantee export of your data after termination.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
For users in the European Union: nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
